What GradsLink offers

GradsLink is a professional networking platform for recent graduates. We provide tools to build a profile, connect with peers and mentors, browse and apply to entry-level jobs, track applications, post to a community feed, buy and sell items in a marketplace, and refer friends. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Who can use GradsLink

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and profile.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may not create an account for someone else without their permission.

Your content

You own the content you post to GradsLink, such as profile details, feed posts, messages, and marketplace listings. By posting content, you give GradsLink permission to display it on the platform and to use it as needed to operate and improve our services. You are responsible for making sure your content does not violate anyone else's rights or any law.

Community rules

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake jobs or companies.
• Harass, discriminate against, or threaten other members.
• Spam the feed, messages, or marketplace with unwanted content.
• Share another person's private information without consent.
• Use GradsLink to scam, phish, or deceive others.
• Try to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.

Breaking these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.

Jobs, applications, and marketplace

GradsLink is a platform that connects people, but we are not a party to any agreement between you and an employer, applicant, buyer, seller, or mentor. We do not guarantee that jobs are accurate, that applications will lead to offers, or that marketplace transactions will be completed. Use good judgment and verify information before sharing personal details, making payments, or meeting in person.

Employer and job posting credits

Employers may receive credits to post jobs, including credits granted through coupons or purchases. Credits and coupons may have expiration dates, use limits, and other restrictions stated at the time they are issued. Paid credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

GradsLink, our logo, and our platform design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our brand or platform materials without permission. Content posted by other members remains owned by those members.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

GradsLink is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GradsLink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or a nominal amount if you have not paid us.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe your activity harms the community or the platform. When an account is closed, some content and data may remain visible for a short time as we process the removal.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use GradsLink after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
