GradsLink is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including recent graduates with disabilities. This statement explains the steps we take to keep GradsLink accessible and how you can let us know if something gets in your way.
We build GradsLink with accessibility in mind from the start. We follow recognized guidelines such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and work toward making key features — signing in, building a profile, browsing jobs, tracking applications, messaging, and posting to the feed — usable with assistive technology.
GradsLink is a growing platform, and some areas may not yet be fully accessible. For example, user-generated content (feed posts, marketplace listings, and messages) is created by members and may not always include descriptions for images or use accessible formatting. We are continually improving the platform and welcome your feedback to help us prioritize.
If you have trouble using any part of GradsLink, please let us know. Describe the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We review accessibility reports seriously and work to fix issues as quickly as we can. Reach out through the support options available in your GradsLink account.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist. We test new features, listen to feedback, and keep improving so GradsLink works for every graduate starting their career.
